Yes of course they are! They wouldn’t dress so horrendously if they were content in blending in. This tells me that they’re very insecure and probably don’t have a personality to speak of, which means they have to resort to shock tactic to win approval from their bullshit subculture.
When was the last time you seen as Emo Girl who didn’t act like an absolute snob towards you and your preppy friends? Never,tThat’s when! Why’s this? Because they have an inflated outlook on their own position in the world. They believe that they are their own Gods. Most of them have forgotten about our Lord Jesus Christ and have instead started worshipping absolute cretins like Gerald Way or Pete Wentz.
As I’ve mentioned before, Emo chicks are nothing but pocket fascists out to ruin America and the World by association.

1I cant speak for anyone but myself, and I dress this way beacuse I love the color black, along with vibrant colors and eye catching clothing. I don’t do it for attention, I’m quit a reserved person. I do like to be different, that’s who I am. Honestly Im more “Gothic” than Emo, but I wish that more people can just buck up an accept people with different style choices.
Another thing, Im not running after anyone’s approval, except my own. I am who I am, not who everyone else is, and Im proud of it. Im not my own god, Im not a god. Im just a normal person, in this world that the greater power has control of. Im not a snob, I respect all living things and all people. Honestly I go out of my way to be extra nice to everyone I meet, beacuse honestly how can I get people to respect me as a person if I don’t respect others.
Im sorry I’m blabbing on, but I hope you can see it from my point of view.
